Sheila Adams is a young, self-motivated individual with a passion for making a difference through effective leadership and problem-solving. Education has been a cornerstone of my journey, as I hold a BA in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws from Central University. This experience has provided me with exposure to diverse perspectives and leadership styles, further enhancing her abilities as a dynamic leader. In the civil society and Non-Governmental Organization space, I have played pivotal roles in advancing important causes. As the Secretary of the Alliance of Feminist CSOs, I have been a staunch advocate for gender equality and women's rights. My leadership as the Head of Gender and Social Inclusion at the African Centre for Women in Politics reflects my dedication to creating inclusive spaces and promoting social justice. In the private sector, I have demonstrated my managerial prowess as the Operations Manager at Jibuco Ghana Ltd. My experience in this role has honed my skills in navigating a challenging and fast-paced environment, while continuously striving for excellence. With a genuine eagerness to learn and grow, my enthusiasm for organizational development is unwavering. I am driven to achieve the highest standards of success and seek out opportunities for improvement and growth. Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in exploring the world through travel and have developed a passion for discovering diverse cuisines. Additionally, I appreciate the art of storytelling through movies, which broadens my perspectives and sparks creativity.
